Our menu offers a unique and delightful blend of what WM The Restaurant has come to embody.  Our cuisine, which we call “Metropolitan”, is accomplished by taking the best of the East Coast, the West Coast, as well as Europe and the Americas.  Our cuisine is contemporary modern, but yet classic.

When you walk into our restaurant you are transported to any Metropolitan Restaurant anywhere in the world.  We are elegant, and oh so refined, yet, being in Maui we understand what a wonderfully relaxed and casual place this is.  Therefore, our dress code is very “relaxed and casual”.

We emphasize the use of local fresh products. Maui is famous for having wonderful produce. Maui onions, Heirloom tomatoes, fresh lavender, and many other types of produce abound on the slopes of Haleakala. Local water fish Ahi, Opakapaka, Onaga and Kajiki are caught fresh daily and delivered right to our door steps everyday.
